From inside a game

Each game has Send feedback in its Settings, and a Feedback button at the bottom of the page (this page has one too). It tells us which game and page you’re on, so if it’s about one puzzle, say which. Leave an email address in it if you’d like a reply.

A mistake in a puzzle

After you play, use the Report button next to the answer. It tells us exactly which one, so we can check it against its sources and fix it.

Pro and payments

Pro is sold by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. For a receipt, a refund or a question about a payment, use the link in your receipt email, find your order at paddle.net, or write to us. See the refund policy.

Your data

If you have an account, open it to download your data or to delete the account. For anything else about your data, write to us. The privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.
