Witsday’s games are free to play. This policy covers Witsday Pro, the optional subscription.

14-day refunds

If you’re not happy with Pro, you can have a full refund within 14 days of any payment, your first one or a renewal. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask

Pro is sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, so Paddle handles refunds. Use the link in your receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net. You can also write to hello@witsday.com and we’ll pass your request on. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Manage Pro in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
